Returns & Exchanges – Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions.

1. Product must be in original, unused condition

The item must be unused and unworn, free from any traces of makeup, perfume, deodorant, or other odors, and complete with all original accessories, labels, price tags, and brand tags attached as delivered.
Please note: if labels or tags have been removed or are missing, the return cannot be accepted.

2. Products eligible for return

The following items can be returned, provided they meet the conditions above: clothing, shoes, sunglasses, watches, and accessories such as belts, caps, scarves, and jewelry, only if unused and unopened.
Perfumes and cosmetics can only be returned if they are completely unopened and sealed.
Hygiene-sensitive products such as perfumes, cosmetics, and earrings cannot be returned if opened or used.

3. Exclusions

Returns are not accepted for damaged or used items, items without original packaging, items with missing labels or tags, or sealed products such as perfumes once opened.

4. Refunds

After the return has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If an item does not meet the return conditions, it will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their own expense.

5. How to return an item

Contact us within 14 days via stylecabinet@outlook.com.
You will receive return instructions.
Carefully package and ship the item back.
Always keep your proof of shipment.
