Shipping Policy – Style Cabinet

Shipping within the Netherlands and Europe

Style Cabinet ships orders from the Netherlands to the Netherlands and all countries within Europe.
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times

For deliveries within the Netherlands, the average delivery time is 1–3 business days.
For deliveries within Europe, the average delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country.
During busy periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and depend on the destination country, the weight and size of the order, and the selected shipping method.
Where possible, shipments are sent with track & trace.

Order processing

You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been placed.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, if available.
Processing time is 1–2 business days.
Orders are not processed during weekends or public holidays.

Customs and import duties (for countries outside the EU)

If your order is shipped to a country outside the European Union, additional customs charges, taxes, or import duties may be applied by local authorities.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

Delays caused by carriers, customs, or international logistics are beyond our control.
If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us — we are happy to assist you.

Incorrect address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, any additional shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error after placing your order.

Damaged or missing items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If an item is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours by email and include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a description of the damage.
We will always resolve this properly.

Undelivered or returned packages

If a package is returned because it was not collected, refused, or incorrectly addressed, new shipping costs may be charged for reshipment.

Returns

Returns are subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Key points include returning items within 14 days, products being unused, unworn, and in original condition, all labels and tags remaining attached, perfumes being returned only if unopened and sealed, and accessories such as watches, sunglasses, and jewelry being returned only if fully undamaged.
